Cheng Chu-Fung (Chinese: 鄭恕峰) is a Hong Kong actor. His roles as vicious characters such as triad bosses have earned him the award of "King of Alternative Drama - King of Villains" in the variety show "Sunday King". In 2015 Cheng joined TVB as a basic artist in 2015, and before joining as a featured actor in TVB's dramas between 2010 and 2015. Cheng was born in Macau and had three siblings. At the age of 16, Cheng settled in Hong Kong completely for one year in order to obtain a Hong Kong Adult Identity Card. At that time, Cheng's father had planned to arrange for Zheng to work as a bookmaker in a casino but young Cheng prefer work as a clerk in Central. A few years later, he was introduced by a friend to work as a security guard at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui. In 1976, he enrolled in the TVB Artist Training Course No. 5 and was accepted. However, he had to return to Macau to take care of his father, who was ill, and gave up the training. After graduating from the class in 1979, he became a contracted artist with Lai Television. In 1979, he signed up as a contract artiste with Lai's TV. His first TV drama was "The Day Silkworm" in 1979.
