Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 Kanzenban (Hello！Project　春の大感謝 ひな祭りフェスティバル2013 完全盤) is a Blu-ray disc by Hello! Project, featuring all March 3rd performances from both Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 ~Berryz Koubou 10 Nenme Totsunyuu Special~ and Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 ~Thank You For Your Love!~ events. It will be released on July 10, 2013. The festival celebrates Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day), along with the start of Berryz Koubou's 10th Anniversary. It was announced on December 14th, 2012. The performing acts will be Morning Musume, Berryz Koubou, ℃-ute, S/mileage, selected members of Hello! Pro Kenshuusei and SATOYAMA movement units.

In the sanctuary of the locker changing rooms, Sarah explores and tests theories about what has happened with her Dad. She questions who her father is while struggling to grasp the concept of pain, both inside and out. A strange meteor lands in Japan and unleashes hundreds of insect-like "Legion" creatures bent on colonizing the Earth. His relation with the reporters is conflicted and his own daughter is missing. The statute of limitations for the Case 64 will expire in one year. Then a kidnapping case, similar to the Case 64, takes place. The rift between the criminal investigation department and police administration department deepens. Mikami challenges the case as a public relations secretary.

Three screens display how the day’s light passes by: from the early morning light until late at night. Along with the woman the artist walks through the forest, in the same rhythm, the same pace. Off-screen she looks through the camera, fragmenting time. The age-old androgynous trees are a vertical constant along which the woman moves, as if in an interval between visibility and invisibility, between sound and silence, while the light keeps on evolving metabletically.
