CHOPPER is a modern-day re-imagining of the headless horseman of Sleepy Hollow. They are stalked by the Reaper, a headless ghost on a motorcycle who collects the souls of sinners in the afterlife.

SITTING ON THE EDGE OF MARLENE is a darkly comedic feature film drama that centers on a mother-daughter con artist duo. An adaptation of the Billie Livingston novella titled The Trouble With Marlene, it is a bittersweet and emotional journey that deals with dysfunction, love and addiction and ends with an unusual deliverance for the compelling mother and daughter duo.

Julia Katharine, a Japanese-Brazilian trans woman, opens her door to the filmmaker. Before day breaks, she evokes her relationship with her parents, a young love that never was, her sleepless nights and her passion for cinema.

Hoping to keep her out of jail, Gil impulsively tells the judge that he's engaged to Ann -- whereupon the judge, equally impulsively, marries the couple on the spot! After this inauspicious start, Ann and Gil embark upon a rocky (but tuneful) whirlwind romance.
