REO Speedwagon: Live in the Heartland

CeeLo Green's "Loberace - Live In Vegas" is an electrifying, musical journey into the colourful world of CeeLo's brainchild, "Loberace" filmed live at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. It's packed to the rafters with girls, glamour and glitz, with CeeLo Green as the ringmaster of this technicolor circus.

Mostly shot in San Francisco and Northern California, material filmed (using the camera almost as a p[r/a]inter, a means of shaping the visual world as film, but without reflection) in response to what that world was opening in me. "Material!" - analogies between weaving and spinning thread and images already a pattern within film history (e.g., in Deren) is here carried into further ramifications of unraveling and patterning in fabric- and cinema-making, as well as in personal and mythic dimensions. The open unfolding structure, which pulls away from the balanced design of much of my work, gives equal weight to the sound composition. Involves "opening" with its perils and ambiguities.

The Follies of M tells the story of the Provincial Parish of M, famed for it's quantity and variety of architectural follies and introduces the misshapen residents who indulged in suck reckless construction projects.

Of course, all this is done so that Kishan will marry Jaggan's cousin Tulsi (Rekha) according to Jaggan's master plan … even though Tulsi would much rather marry Shambhu. Confused? Don't worry. So are these weary lovers!

Five artsy young women in a group house have landlord troubles.

Robert Burns overcomes his upbringing as a farm labourer to become the national poet of Scotland. Love comes his way in the form of Jean Armour but his attempts at securing a happy relationship are blighted by Jean's father who disapproves of Burns. Finally, Jean and Robbie are married and Burns tries to settle down to a happy married life, but the success of his literary career brings with it many temptations and he is unable to resist the attention of the aristocratic women who fawn upon him. Finding difficulties in supporting his growing family of children, Burns seeks work as a local tax and excise officer in the port of Dumfries when Britain is threatened by the spread of the French Revolution
