Filmed at the Augusta Civic Centre in Maine, USA, on 11 July 2004, Still Reigning showcases Slayer’s 1986 album, Reign in Blood, played in its entirety with the four original band members, as it celebrates the return to the fold of beloved original drummer Dave Lombardo. Also included from the same show are performances of Slayer classics such as 'Necrophiliac' from 1985’s Hell Awaits and 'War Ensemble'.

The attraction features a new installment in the Dragon Ball series, which primarily depicts a CG animation of Goku vs. Frieza, presented as a 4D attraction.
