Dinos (Dinos Iliopoulos) works in a coffee shop and has a passion for crime novels. Hristina or Christina (Tzeni Karezi) shares the same passion with her brother Dinos and is convinced that she has traced the traces of "Fantomas of Thessaloniki", a notorious thief of luxury hotels. As usual, what they think is not what seems to be.

Mostly shot in San Francisco and Northern California, material filmed (using the camera almost as a p[r/a]inter, a means of shaping the visual world as film, but without reflection) in response to what that world was opening in me. "Material!" - analogies between weaving and spinning thread and images already a pattern within film history (e.g., in Deren) is here carried into further ramifications of unraveling and patterning in fabric- and cinema-making, as well as in personal and mythic dimensions. The open unfolding structure, which pulls away from the balanced design of much of my work, gives equal weight to the sound composition. Involves "opening" with its perils and ambiguities.

Environmental protection and fair working conditions do not matter one bit to the fashion label "Lorena". However, the company ends up in court because of an illegal commercial that violated the anti-discrimination law. The managing partner Roman Hertz is sentenced to 100 hours of community service. Of all things, he has to complete these hours with an environmental protection group.

Recounting the prizes received as well as the prices paid for pursuing your passion, Sweetie is a testimony to the transforming cultural landscape of the country as it tells Kenter Theatre’s story and thus how a private theatre has managed to survive. Including interviews by family members, students, fellow actors, as well as rare archival images and footage, Sweetie is an homage to the ‘North Star of Turkish theatre.’ The documentary was written by Zeynep Miraç, scored by Murat Evgin, and features Dikmen Gürün as advisor.

We know the successors of Blue Demon and Santo, their descendants, and with some experience behind her own; know a gladiator also booming Darkness, a uniformed soldier teaches not an inch of skin, and meet a legendary veteran, Fray Tormenta, a Catholic priest who raised his orphanage literally blows, with the little money they gave wrestling. They are true superheroes.
