Tay tells the story of a colt trying to find its mother by running away when she learns that she will be sold to a merchant. Not wanting to be separated from her mother, Riyah tries to find her mother by running away. Will Riyah be able to get rid of the people who are after her and find her mother?

Like the original film, the sequel is set in a near future where all drinking and drugs are banned except for on one glorious day known as The Binge. This year, that day happens to miraculously land on Christmas.
